The whole experience was just perfect. The room we had included central heating, television, and tea and coffee making equipment. The position of the hotel was quiet, very close to all the sights. Moreover, it's just off a quiet area in the old town, the cathedral and Piazza Grande, and old Arezzo.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to everything. The breakfast spread was so exciting, like being at a picnic for ants.
Wow, I guess they didn't get the memo about serving a cooked breakfast. Couldn't even get a warm cup of tea.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the heart of the medieval part of the city. We were able to stroll the charming streets and soak up the history and atmosphere. the room we stayed in was recently renovated and absolutely spotless. It felt like a home away from home. the sheets smelled lovely and the bathroom was incredibly comfortable. Another great aspect was the delicious breakfast provided. We loved having fresh French-style croissants and a variety of choices to start our day.
One small drawback was the location of the hotel in a restricted area. Although the owner gave us directions to park outside the walls, it was a bit of a tiring walk to reach the hotel.

The breakfast options were limited and the quality of food could have been better. the hotel could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, as there were some areas that could have been cleaner.

The rooms on the ground floor and first floor are fantastic! They have a private bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries, making it super convenient for a solo traveler like me. The free Wi-Fi connection and LCD TV were also a plus!
The only downside for me was that some rooms had a tile/marble floor, which I personally didn't find very cozy. But hey, that's just me!
